in Kingston, New York. HHVR currently has two towers in Port Ewen, NY
serving Northern Ulster and Dutchess counties. See map of coverage of

HHVR rents tower space to tenants wishing to serve I-87(NY Thruway),
Route 9W, Amtrack(Rhinebeck), Route 9 in Northern Dutchess County and the Hudson River. The Mid-Hudson River Valley
has a growing business community with many second homes for New York City residents. Our
tower location offers your company an easy way to communicate with your customers.
Our primary tower is a Pirod 170' self supporting tower(823' above
mean sea level) ready for occupancy by Cellular, Internet wireless and
PCS
use. The site has generator backup providing uninterrupted electric. All zoning and
permits have been approved for immediate installation.
Currently on this tower is Verizon, T-Mobile and Sprint.
